Skid-Mounted Unit
Location: West Paydar- Ilam Province Capacity: 25,000 barrel per day Project Specification: This project was accomplished for the dehydration of crude oil produced from the Paydar West field, which is a common oil field with Iraq. The engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of this unit were accomplished using 100% domestic capabilities from reputable local companies. After the commissioning of this unit, 50% of the produced water from the field has been separated, and the dehydrated crude oil is transported via transfer pumps to the Cheshmeh Khosh Central production facility. Duration of Project construction: 1 year
ABAN Modernization Manifold & Separator Repair
Aban High pressure Separator Repair Project: The repair of the Aban manifold separator, along with the upgrading of the process control system in the Aban field manifold, was successfully completed by this company, leading to increased production from this common field with Iraq. In this project, after a thorough inspection and testing of the Aban field separator, an operational repair plan was developed and executed. Following the repairs, the separator was reintegrated into the production line.
Dewatering(Lagoon)
Dewatering of evaporation pond oil: In this project, utilizing the design and procurement capabilities of fully domestic companies, a unit for separating free water and emulsified water from the oil in the Cheshmeh Khosh desalting unit evaporation pond was designed and implemented. With the execution of this project, the oil in the pond is dehydrated at a production rate and spec aligned with the client's requirements and delivered to the designated point specified by the client.
